We came for dessert and were not disappointed. We couldn't decide between the bingsoo or soufflé pancakes, so we flipped a coin and landed on the mango soufflé pancakes. Not gonna lie--these were TASTY. The mangoes and blueberries were fresh and sweet. Just make sure to eat the pancakes with the mango sauce, because without it, they kind of taste like unseasoned egg. Service was quicker than expected. They said the pancakes take 25 minutes to make, but ours came out in under 15. The vibe was chill, with background music, plenty of seating, and a few wall outlets. There's also outdoor seating if that's your thing. The wall decor gave the space a cozy aesthetic, and the bathroom was clean. Overall, would def come back to try the other pancake flavors and their bingsoo!

Food is delicious. Soufflé was soft, moist. Great jiggle. Presentation was great. The plaza is very busy, very difficult to find parking. The cafe is pretty small and busy so finding seats was also challenging. The food did take quite long to come out. Ordered 3, first one came out after 15m but the next 2 took another 10-15m. They did set an expectation that it would be 20-25m wait. Only reason I can't give a full 5 star is the service was poor. The workers were borderline rude and unhelpful. Customer service definitely needs improvement.

First time trying soufflé pancakes and these were so light and airy and delicious! Nutella and toppings added a nice crunch and texture. The mango bingsoo was very good. The flavors in this dessert were amazing and the texture was so smooth. The sticky rice was a nice component that compliments the perfectly ripened mango very well. No complaints here. Definitely coming back!

Dark dense Vietnamese coffee plus the egg whipping on top. Absolutely delicious - if you've been to Hanoi - you know this stuff is as good as it gets!

I came here for the viral fluffy pancakes and they were everything and more! I knew it was going to be good but it was better than expected. The texture was super light, I love that the flavors are subtle and it's not too sweet. I can't choose a favorite but I enjoyed both the tiramisu and ube flavor. Not only were their soufflés delicious but wow they have such high quality lattes and teas. I tried the black sesame and pistachio matcha. I'm so glad I got to try a little bit of everything. I enjoyed their bingsoo and blooming strawberry tea. I can't wait to go back for more!

Nostimo Coffee is a local coffee spot in Westminster that still hits the spot every time. This remains one of my favorite study spots. There are always a lot of seats, outlets at every table, fast WiFi, amazing drinks, great service, and plenty of natural light. My favorite drinks have been their Tiramisu Coffee and Black Sesame Coffee, but honestly every drink I have tried has been great. The prices are also pretty decent, considering every coffee/matcha place is approaching 7 dollars per cup. Nostimo still has their drinks at around 6.25 for a pretty good sized drink. Overall, Nostimo is a great spot for drinks and studying!

You've probably seen this viral most jiggly souffle pancakes all over social media, and I'm here to tell you that it deserves all the hype! They do take a little while to come out since they are made fresh to order, but trust me, they are 100% worth the wait. I also love their bingsoo or shaved ice when I need a little cold sweet treat, and they also have yummy drinks like strawberry matcha latte from their matcha line that are all made with ceremonial grade matcha, but I might've loved the injeolmi soy latte even more. My little family & I came here specifically for the soufflé pancakes! My husband opted for the tiramisu, my daughter chose the nutella & I chose the matcha. The wait was about 20-25 minutes. While waiting for our order, my husband ordered a matcha latte for me. The matcha had a strong & rich taste & tasted really yummy. I shall order the pistachio matcha the next time I stop by. It was our first time having these Japanese style soufflé pancakes. The presentation of the soufflé pancakes was beautiful! The pancakes were super light, jiggly & delicious. The texture of the pancakes was a win for me. The fresh fruits that were plated with the souffle were sweet & crisp. The price is a little costly in my opinion, but worth the effort & time it takes to make the souffle pancakes. It's about $16 per pancake order. Service was good. The servers were nice & took their time in making the pancakes
